The journey through pregnancy can be exciting as well as anxiety producing. Becoming pregnant is complex and not always easy. You are safe here at Little Fish. Your experience will be honored and supported. Helping you and your new family from birth through those tender postpartum weeks is my specialty. As a full spectrum doula, I am here to support, educate, and love you through the process of pregnancy regardless of how it ends. I am here for all of it. 

My name is Shannon Fisher Mackey and I have worked in reproductive health care for more than 20 years. I bring with me a deep desire to support folks through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum time. I am also here for abortion guidance and adoption information. My life's work is to provide high-quality, medically accurate information, and to help you make informed choices. I believe that autonomy and informed decision making keeps us safe from suffering. 

I know that not all people who birth identify as mothers. It can be isolating not to see your family design reflected in the world around you. I see you and I am here to walk this path with you. All people deserve access to healthcare with dignity and respect. I will listen to you and hold your story sacred.
