Birthing Support...
At least 3 Prenatal meetings - we meet in your home or another location that feels best (beach, woods walk, labyrinth walk together…). This allows us to co-create the birth experience you want to have as well as answer the specific questions you might have about labor/delivery and immediate postpartum time.
Unlimited text/phone support: I am all yours between the hours of 6am and 9pm. If you begin your labor, then of course I’m available anytime.
On call for your birth after 37 weeks: This means that I have blocked my calendar to be able to focus on your specific birth experience. If I have another family that is due at a similar time, we will work together with my backup doula.
Labor/Delivery Support: Regardless of how long you labor, I will stay with you through the whole journey.
One postpartum visit: I can help identify some of the places where support is needed and make any necessary postpartum care arrangements...and to give you all one great big hug!

Welcome Home...
I will meet you shortly after you are discharged from your birth space. I will get you cozy and fed. This can be a sweet way to feel supported as you transition into your new experience as a parent.
Includes 12 postpartum visits: I help you with any challenges that you are facing. We can process your birth experience, help your body heal, and handle feeding hurdles.
I will prepare and bring you nutritious, healing meals and snacks based on your preferences and dietary restrictions. I will provide light housekeeping. My focus is the birthing person; however, I am always available to snuggle a baby so you can sleep, shower, or go for a walk or a night out.

Sweet Dreams...
Overnight packages are available. I will come to your home from 9pm to 5am. You deserve to rest. I can help.
Price: $300 per night.
A La Carte...
One Visit (4 hours): $150.00
Six Visit Bundle (24 hours): $875.00
12 Visit Bundle (48 hours): $1725.00
